Pelatihan langsung yang dipimpin instruktur di Indonesia (online atau di tempat) ini ditujukan untuk insinyur otomasi tingkat menengah dan perancang sistem kontrol yang ingin mengimplementasikan solusi kontrol gerak menggunakan PLC Omron. Pada akhir pelatihan ini, peserta akan dapat:

• Memahami konsep dasar pengendalian gerak dan penerapannya.
• Konfigurasikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak gerak di Sysmac Studio.
• Memprogram dan mengoptimalkan kontrol gerak sumbu tunggal dan multi-sumbu.
• Menerapkan strategi gerak terkoordinasi, termasuk interpolasi dan sinkronisasi.

Pelatihan langsung yang dipimpin instruktur di Indonesia (online atau di lokasi) ditujukan untuk insinyur dan teknisi tingkat pemula hingga menengah yang ingin menguasai dasar-dasar AB PLC dan menerapkannya pada skenario manufaktur dunia nyata. Pada akhir pelatihan ini, peserta akan mampu:

• Memahami peran dan aplikasi PLC AB dalam industri manufaktur.
• Program AB PLC menggunakan RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000.
• Memecahkan masalah umum dan melakukan pemeliharaan pada sistem PLC.
• Merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem yang dikontrol PLC untuk proses manufaktur.
• Tunjukkan kemahiran dalam pemrograman PLC melalui proyek praktis.

Pelatihan langsung yang dipimpin instruktur di Indonesia (online atau di tempat) ini ditujukan untuk programmer tingkat menengah yang ingin meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam pemrograman Omron PLC, konfigurasi HMI, kontrol gerak, dan sistem keselamatan. Pada akhir pelatihan ini, peserta akan dapat:

• Konfigurasikan dan program PLC Omron menggunakan Sysmac Studio.
• Memahami dan menerapkan konsep IEC dalam logika tangga dan pemrograman teks terstruktur.
• Mengembangkan program kontrol gerak untuk gerakan sumbu tunggal dan terkoordinasi.
• Buat antarmuka HMI menggunakan seri NA dan integrasikan dengan pengontrol Sysmac.
• Terapkan dan simulasikan standar dan program keselamatan menggunakan perangkat keras keselamatan seri NX.

This instructor-led, live training in Indonesia (online or onsite) is aimed at beginner-level automation engineers and enthusiasts who wish to learn the fundamentals of PLC ladder programming and apply it in industrial and personal projects. By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the basic concepts and applications of PLCs in automation systems.
• Write simple and advanced ladder programs using logical functions and memory management.
• Integrate PLCs with networks for broader system applications.
• Apply learned skills to create and test real-world automation scenarios.

A Smart Robot is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system that can learn from its environment and its experience and build on its capabilities based on that knowledge. Smart Robots can collaborate with humans, working along-side them and learning from their behavior. Furthermore, they have the capacity for not only manual labor, but cognitive tasks as well. In addition to physical robots, Smart Robots can also be purely software based, residing in a computer as a software application with no moving parts or physical interaction with the world. In this instructor-led, live training, participants will learn the different technologies, frameworks and techniques for programming different types of mechanical Smart Robots, then apply this knowledge to complete their own Smart Robot projects. The course is divided into 4 sections, each consisting of three days of lectures, discussions, and hands-on robot development in a live lab environment. Each section will conclude with a practical hands-on project to allow participants to practice and demonstrate their acquired knowledge. The target hardware for this course will be simulated in 3D through simulation software. The ROS (Robot Operating System) open-source framework, C++ and Python will be used for programming the robots. By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the key concepts used in robotic technologies
• Understand and manage the interaction between software and hardware in a robotic system
• Understand and implement the software components that underpin Smart Robots
• Build and operate a simulated mechanical Smart Robot that can see, sense, process, grasp, navigate, and interact with humans through voice
• Extend a Smart Robot's ability to perform complex tasks through Deep Learning
• Test and troubleshoot a Smart Robot in realistic scenarios
